With a background in critical care and a focus on whole-person health, she supports clients in reducing stress and burnout, improving emotional regulation, increasing energy, boosting focus, and creating meaningful, sustainable shifts in how they feel, function, and live. She creates grounded, body-based experiences that support clarity, balance, and overall well-being, integrating breathwork with coaching and lifestyle and environmental guidance. Through personalized sessions and collaborative offerings, Rachele guides clients to slow down, reconnect, and feel more like themselves to support real, lasting improvements in their health and day-to-day lives.
